Swinley is a great place for experienced mountain bikers like me and my dad but  we have only been twice from what I can remember Swinley is very long, from what I know from my visits. I also know that I loved it and also my dad found it hard at Swinley because he was on a diet with low carbohydrates so hardly any energy
